  • Login to the Tour website here: https://tourdavita.org/login.php
  • You will then be taken to the Dashboard.
  • Click on the "My Tour Registration" link.
  • You will see a list of your Tour registrations. Simply click the "MY REGISTRATION" or "MY VIRTUAL TOUR CHALLENGE" button next to this year's registration and edit your details as desired.
  • Login to the Tour website here: https://tourdavita.org/login.php
  • You will then be taken to the Dashboard.
  • Click on the "My Tour Registration" button.


  • You will see a list of your Tour registrations. Simply click the "MY VIRTUAL TOUR CHALLENGE" button next to this year's registration to be taken to the Virtual Challenge Portal.


  • From here you can do several things:
    • Click "EDIT MY GOAL" to update your Virtual Challenge Goal.


    • Click "ADD ACTIIVITY" to enter your Virtual Challenge Activities for any day.


    • Use our Mileage Calculator to help you calculate your distance.

  • Click on "My Donation History" (for donations made) or "My Donors" (for donations received).
  • You will then see a list of all the donations you've made or received throughout the history of the Tour. A link to download a PDF receipt is available for all donations made in 2014 and on.
  • Login to the Tour website here: https://tourdavita.org/login.php
  • You will then be taken to the Dashboard.
  • Click on the "My Fundraising Page" button.
  • Click on the "Manage My Fundraising Page" button up top for this year's page. Or, click the Manage link in the bottom table for a previous year's fundraising page.
  • Click on the large "Edit My Page" button.
  • Tour DaVita solicitation and fundraising activities must always be in compliance with DaVita's Code of Conduct as well as Policies and Procedures and never for the purpose of inducing referrals or services. Each rider/fundraiser agrees to abide by these rules prior to registration.
  • Due to these rules, a donation made to a fundraisers page may be fully or partially allocated to the General Fund based on the donor's classification.
  • Please view our Tour Compliance Donations Rules chart to fully understand who is allowed to donate what amount to whom.
  • Due to Tour DaVita compliance rules, the donation made to your fundraising page may have been fully or partially allocated to the general fund.
  • Please view our Tour Compliance Donations Rules chart to fully understand who is allowed to donate what amount to whom.
  • Visit the My Donors page (from your Dashboard) to see if any donations made if your name were impacted by this year's compliance rules. 
  • If you believe your donation was reallocated in error. Please email websupport@tourdavita.org and include the following details:
    • Fundraiser Name
    • Donor Name
    • Donor Classification
    • Donation Date
    • Donation Amount
